ES008 Suspension - exploded diagram
The following is an extract from the instructions for this product:
ES008 is a replacement axleguard system designed to use a cast axlebox
that moves prototypically within the hornguides. To assemble, emboss the
rivets in the hornguides at the marked locations and fold the guides 180° along
the half-etched guideline. Choose between the alternate axlebox retainers, and
fold into place.
Fold the spring retainers on the hornguide part 90° with the
fold line on the inside. The slider is assembled by placing a 27mm length of
guitar string (0.008" is a good start) along the top of the slider and crimping
the retaining tab. A touch of solder or glue will hold it in place. Emboss
the boltheads in the brake shoe(s), fold down the spacer tab and fold around
the rear shoe lamination. Insert the middle lamination and solder up. The arm
with the shoe attached should be joggled to line up with the wheel tread.
Install the horn parts in the wagon and clip the slider in place.
