If you are unhappy with any product obtained by mail order, for any reason, send it straight back in good condition for a full refund.

NZF makes every effort to ensure that every product that leaves us is perfect. If you purchase or receive parts that you consider substandard contact us to have the problem put right.

If disaster strikes during construction and parts are irretrievable, please get in touch.  We will, wherever possible, replace parts lost or damaged for any reason whatsoever .  This offer is generally limited to parts not entire frets or kits.  Please let us know what happened, and supply a stamped self-addressed envelope.
